Year 1909.

Filippo Tommaso Marinetti presented his "Futurism Manifesto", Maria Montessori finally published her masterpiece on child education, the famous international journalist Indro Montanelli was born in Fucecchio, and Vittorio Sieni opened his bakery shop in Via S. Antonino, in Firenze.

Ponte Vecchio lived quite a number of season since then, but our bakery shop is still there, in the San Lorenzo market, on the corner between Via S.Antonino and Via dell'Ariento, still stimulating the visitor's taste with our intense and unique flavours, that we carry on just the way it was.

Our trademarks are still the same: respect for tradition, curiosity for new horizons and  and our undying passion. It's not an easy task to get to a person's heart, and we opted to pass from the mouth.

We can proudly state that we got to people's heart since that very moment, and if you come to visit, we promise we'll always tempt you with our delicacies!
